Privacy Policy

This notice describes how One Team. handles personal data of users in Singapore under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).

First Edition · Published: 25 July 2026

Privacy at a glance. You can use our apps without creating an account or providing your name, payment details, address book, photos, or precise location. We use only limited device and usage data to keep the apps working, secure, and improving. We do not display third-party ads, sell personal data, or use it for targeted advertising.

1. Independent Developer and Data Protection Contact

One Team. is the name used by HARUKI MIURA, an independent app developer based in Japan; it is not a company or incorporated entity. For purposes of the PDPA, HARUKI MIURA is responsible for the personal data described here and serves as the data protection contact for questions, complaints, withdrawal of consent, and access or correction requests at oneteam.dot@gmail.com.

2. Collection, purposes, and consent

We automatically collect app activity (including gameplay and feature interactions) and limited device and technical data (including device model, operating system, language or locale, carrier, app version, app-instance or similar identifiers, IP address, and diagnostics). Depending on device settings, the operating system or Firebase may also make a resettable device identifier available; we do not use it for advertising. We collect your email address and message only when you choose to contact us.

We use this data to provide, secure, troubleshoot, analyse, and improve the apps; prevent fraud or abuse; respond to requests; and comply with law. We collect, use, or disclose personal data with consent, deemed consent, or another basis permitted by the PDPA, and only for purposes a reasonable person would consider appropriate.

Providing analytics consent is voluntary where the app offers that choice. If you change your mind, optional analytics will stop for future use where technically available, while core app features generally remain available.

3. Disclosure and overseas transfers

We use Google Firebase as a data intermediary for app analytics and performance. Google and its affiliates may process data in Japan, the United States, and other countries where they operate. This processing is subject to the PDPA’s transfer limitation and the providers’ applicable data protection terms. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a transfer or reorganisation of an app or related service with appropriate safeguards.

We do not disclose personal data to advertising networks. See Firebase Privacy and Security.

4. Accuracy, protection, and retention

We take reasonable steps to keep personal data accurate where it may affect you and use reasonable administrative, technical, and procedural safeguards against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, alteration, loss, or disposal.

Analytics event data is retained for no longer than 14 months unless a shorter period is configured. Contact records are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal or security obligations. We then delete the data or remove the means by which it can be associated with an individual when retention no longer serves a legal or service-related purpose.

5. Access, correction, and withdrawal

You may ask for access to personal data in our possession or control and information about how it was used or disclosed during the preceding year, subject to legal exceptions. You may also request correction or withdraw consent with reasonable notice.

Email oneteam.dot@gmail.com with “Singapore PDPA Request” in the subject line. Describe your request and provide enough information for us to verify your identity. Requests are handled in accordance with the PDPA, including its applicable requirements concerning response times and fees.

6. Children, incidents, and complaints

We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child who cannot validly consent under applicable law without the required authorisation of a parent or guardian. If you believe this has occurred, contact us so we can investigate and delete the data where required.

We assess suspected data breaches and notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals where required. Please first send any concern to our data protection contact so that we can investigate and respond.

7. Changes

We may update this notice to reflect changes to the apps, our practices, or the law. We will provide an appropriate notice of material changes. This Singapore notice prevails over the Global Privacy Policy where required by the PDPA.
