1. Who we are
One Team. is the name used by HARUKI MIURA, an independent app developer based in Japan; it is not a company or incorporated entity. HARUKI MIURA is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Privacy requests may be sent to oneteam.dot@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
| Category | Examples and source |
|---|---|
| App activity | Gameplay, feature interactions, session events, and other in-app usage generated when you use the app. |
| Device and technical data | Device model, operating system and version, language or locale, carrier, app version, app-instance or similar identifiers, IP address, and diagnostic data collected automatically from your device. |
| Optional device identifier | Depending on your device and its settings, the operating system or Firebase may make a resettable device identifier available. We do not use it to display ads or for targeted advertising. |
| Request data | Your email address and the content of a privacy or support request when you contact us. |
We do not intentionally collect precise location, payment-card details, government identifiers, health data, biometric data, or the contents of private communications through the apps covered by this policy.
3. Why we use data
- Provide, operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the apps.
- Understand aggregated usage and product performance.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Respond to requests and comply with legal obligations.
Where consent is required, you can change your choice in the app’s privacy settings or contact us. If you turn optional analytics off, we stop future optional collection where technically available. Core app features generally remain available.
4. Firebase and disclosures
We use Google Firebase, including analytics services, to understand app usage and performance. Google and its affiliates process data for us as service providers under their applicable terms. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a transfer or reorganisation of an app or related service with appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it to advertising networks. See Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Retention
Analytics event data is retained for no longer than 14 months unless a shorter period is configured. Contact records are retained only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet legal or security obligations. We then delete or anonymise data when reasonably practicable.
6. International processing and security
The individual developer operates from Japan. Firebase and other service providers may process data in Japan, the United States, and other countries where they operate. This processing is subject to applicable data protection requirements and the providers’ applicable terms. We also use administrative, technical, and procedural measures appropriate to the nature of the data.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data, restriction or cessation of certain processing, or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to object, opt out, appeal our response, or complain to a regulator.
Send a request to oneteam.dot@gmail.com. State your country or state and the right you wish to exercise. We may verify your request and may retain a minimal record of it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
8. Children
Some apps distributed only in Japan may be intended for children under 13. For those apps, the Japanese Privacy Policy and the privacy information shown in the app apply.
Our apps distributed outside Japan are not directed to children under 13 in the United States, or below the minimum age at which they may validly consent under applicable local law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from such children without required parental authorisation. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the apps, our practices, or the law. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice. Questions, complaints, and requests may be sent to our privacy contact at oneteam.dot@gmail.com.
This global policy should be read with the regional notice that applies to you. The regional notice controls if there is a conflict concerning a mandatory local-law requirement.
